શરતો :
(૧) મદદનીશ કમિશનરશ્રી આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વલસાડ તરફથી આપેલ N.O.C. ની વિગત • પત્રક જા.નં.મક/આવિ/આશા/એન.ઓ.સી./૨૦૨૩/૫૭૦ તા. ૧૪/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ આશ્રમશાળા હનમતમાળ તા. ધરમપુર જિ. વલસાડ.
(૨) જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ વિદ્યાસહાયકમાં TET-2 ફરજિયાત પાસ કરેલ હોવા જોઈએ અને તેઓની પરીક્ષાની પરિણામની મુદત શિક્ષણ વિભાગના વર્તમાન ઠરાવો મુજબની જોગવાઈ મુજબ રહેશે.
(૩) અધુરી વિગતવાળી તથા જાહેરાત મુજબની લાયકાત ન ધરાવનાર ઉમેદવારોની અરજીઓ રદ થવા પાત્ર રહેશે. (૪) આશ્રમશાળાઓ રેશિડેન્શિયલ સ્કૂલો હોવાથી બાળકોના નિવાસ સાથે ફરજ પરના તમામ કર્મચારીઓએ ફરજિયાત સ્થળ પર નિવાસ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૫) અનામત જગ્યા પર અરજી કરતાં અરજદારે સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૬) શિક્ષણ વિભાગ ગુ.રા. ગાંધીનગર ના સુધારા ઠરાવ બમશ/૧૧૫૫/૨૨/ગ/તા. ૧૯/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ મુજબ વિધાસહાયક ને રૂ.૧૯૯૫૦/- (અંકે
રૂપિયા ઓગણીસ હજાર નવસો પચાસ પુરા) માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. સંતોષકારક રીતે પાંચ વર્ષ પૂરા કર્યા બાદ પૂરા પગાર
ધોરણમાં સમાવેશ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
(૦૭) સરકારશ્રીના ધારા-ધોરણ વખતો વખતનાં ફેરફારો મુજબ સંતોષકારક સેવાઓ નહીં જણાય તો પાંચ વર્ષ પહેલા પણ વિદ્યાસહાયક
સેવાઓ સમાપ્ત કરી શકાશે.

(૦૮) આશ્રમશાળા ૫૦ ટકા કન્યાઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે. તેથા મહિલા શિક્ષિકાએ ગૃહમાતા તરીકે પણ ફરજ બજાવવાની રહેશે અને કુમારો માટે શિક્ષકોએ ગૃહપતિ તરીકે ફરજીયાત ફરજ નિભાવવાની રહેશે.
(૦૯) માન. કમિશનર આદિજાતિ વિકાસ કચેરી ગુ. રા. ગાંધીનગરના પરિપત્ર નંબર આવિ/આશા/ફા.ને/૨૩૩૦/૨૦૧૯/૨૦૨૦ થી ૨૦૬૦ તારીખ ૩૦-૧૧-૨૦૧૯ અન્વયે શિક્ષકોને વિનામૂલ્યે રહેઠાણની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવશે. (૧૦) કોમ્પ્યૂટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ,
(૧૧) ઉમેદવારોએ રજીસ્ટર એ.ડી.થી આશ્રમશાળા મુજબ અલગ અલગ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. કવર ઉપર કઈ આશ્રમશાળા
છે. તે સ્પષ્ટ લખવાનું રહેશે. સાદી ટપાલથી રૂબરૂ કે મુદ્દત કરતાં મોડી આવેલ અરજી સ્વીકારાશે નહીં.
માટે અરજી કરેલ
(૧૨) ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીની એક નકલ આદિજાતિ વિકાસ અધિકારી (આશ્રમશાળા) વલસાડ જિલ્લા આદિજાતિ સેવા સદન, ચોથો માળ,
સિવિલ રોડ, નનકવાડા વલસાડ ૩૯૬૦૦૧ ને મોકલવાની રહેશે. જો કોઈ ઉમેદવાર ફક્ત આ.વિ.અ. (આશ્રમશાળા) ને અરજી મોકલશે
અને મંડળને મોકલશે તો અરજી રદ થવા પાત્ર રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે ફક્ત મંડળને મોકલેલી અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે.
(૧૩) ફક્ત મેરીટમાં નામ આવવાથી કોઈપણ ઉમેદવાર નિમણૂંક માટે હક્ક દાવો માંડી શકશે નહીં. (૧૪) સરકારી અનુદાનિત બોર્ડ/ કોર્પોરેશન સંસ્થાના કર્મચારી હોય તો સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર અરજી સાથે સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૧૫) પસંદગી બાબતે જિલ્લા પસંદગી સમિતિ નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.

શરતોઃ (૧) ઉમેદવારે લાયકાત તરીકે જરૂરી તમામ પરીક્ષાઓ તથા રાજ્ય સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા નિયત થયેલ સંબંધિત વિષય (લાગુ પડતો હોય તો)ની ટી.ઈ.ટી/ટી.એ.ટી.ની પરીક્ષા અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ સુધીમાં પાસ કરેલ હોવી જોઈશે. (૨) અનામત જગ્યાઓ માટે જે-તે જાતિના ઉમેદવારે સક્ષમ અધિકારી દ્વારા સંબંધિત જાતિ માટે અપાયેલ જાતિના પ્રમાણપત્રની નકલ તથા નોન-ક્રિમીલેયર પ્રમાણપત્ર (લાગુ પડતું હોય તો) સામેલ રાખવાના રહેશે. (૩) જિલ્લા કક્ષાની પસંદગી સમિતિ સરકારશ્રીએ નિયત કર્યા મુજબની રહેશે. પસંદગી સમિતિએ ઉમેદવારના પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી કર્યા બાદ પસંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારને મદદનીશ કમિશનરશ્રી દ્વારા બહાલી મળ્યેથી સંસ્થા દ્વારા નિમણૂંક આપવામાં આવશે.(૪) પગારધોરણઃ સરકારશ્રીની ફિક્સ પગારની નીતિ અનુસાર પાંચ વર્ષ માટે વિદ્યાસહાયકને રૂ. ૧૯,૯૫૦ પ્રતિ માસ, પો. ૯, ૧૦ના શિક્ષાસહાયકને રૂ. ૨૫,૦૦૦ પ્રતિ માસ તથા ધો.-૧૧, ૧૨ના શિક્ષલસહાયકને રૂ ૨૬,૦૦૦, પ્રતિ માસ ફિક્સ પગારથી નિમણૂંક આપવામાં આવશે. સેવા સંતોષકારક જણાયેથી પાંચ વર્ષ બાદ નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં સમાવવા વિચારણા માટે લેવામાં આવશે. નિયમિત નિમણૂક મળ્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારને સરકારશ્રીની નવવર્ધિત પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે, સેવા સંતોષકારક ન જણાતા પાંચ વર્ષ પહેલા પણ એક માસની નોટિસથી સેવાનો અંત લાવી શકાશે.(૫) શૈક્ષણિક અને તાલીમી લાયકાત અનુક્રમે પુનિવર્સિટી ગ્રાન્ટ્સ કમિશન તથા નેશનલ કાઉન્સિલ ફોર ટીચર એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી જ પાસ કરેલી હોવી જોઈશે.(૬) અરજી કરવાના આખરી દિવસે ઉમેદવારની ઉંમર સરકારશ્રીએ ઠરાવ્યા મુજબની વયમર્યાદામાં હોવી જોઈએ. વયમર્યાદામાં નિયમાનુસાર છૂટછાટ મળી શકશે, (૭)સરકારી કર્મચારી અથવા સરકારશ્રીનું અનુદાન મેળવતા બોર્ડ/કોર્પોરેશન સંસ્થાના કર્મચારીએ નિમણૂક સત્તાધિકારીનું એન.ઓ.સી. (ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર) અરજીપત્ર સાથે સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે. (૮) ઉમેદવારે ખોટી માહિતી રજૂ કરેલ હશે તો તેની અરજી આપોઆપ રદ થશે.૯) સરકારશ્રીએ કરાવ્યા પ્રમાણે કમ્પ્યુટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતા હોવા જોઇએ. (૧૦) મહિલા કર્મચારીએ ગૃહમાતા તથા પુરુષ કર્મચારીએ ગૃહપતિ તરીકેની ફરજ બજાવવાની હોઈપ્રત્યેક કર્મચારીએ આશ્રમશાળામાં ૨૪ કલાક સ્થળ પર એવું ફરજિયાત છે, તેઓને સંસ્થા તરફ્થી રહેઠાણની સુવિધા વિના મૂલ્યે પૂરી પાડવામાં આવશે. સ્થળ પર નિવાસ ન કરતા કર્મચારીને શિસ્તભંગ બદલ ફરજમાંથી છૂટા કરવામાં આવશે, (૧૧) આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ કે શિક્ષણ વિભાગે વખતોવખત નિયત કરેલ શિક્ષા વિષયક સામાન્ય નિયમોનું કર્મચારીએ પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે. મુંબઈ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૪૯ તથા ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ, ૧૯૭૨ના સંબંધિત નિયો પણ લાગુ પડશે,ઉપરોક્ત જાહેરાત અનુસાર લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારે તમામ પ્રમાણપત્રોની સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલ તથા પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના બે ફોટા (જો વધારાની લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તો તે પણ) અરજી સાથે સામેલ રાખી તા. ૨૮/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ પહેલાં ઉક્ત સરનામે મળી જાય તે રીતે ફક્ત R.P.A.D.થી જ અરજી મોકલવાની રહેશે. તે પછીથી મળેલ અરજીઓને ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ. અરજીના કવર પર લાલ પેનથી કંઈ આશ્રમશાળા માટે અરજી કરેલ છે, તે દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે, એકથી વધુ આશ્રમશાળાઓની જગ્યા માટે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવા ઇચ્છુક ઉમેદવારે તમામ સંબંધિત સંસ્થામાં અલગ-અલગ કવરમાં અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે (આશ્રમશાળા)ની કચેરી, સી બ્લોક, ત્રીજો માળ, બહુમાળી ભવન, જૂનાથાણાં, નવસારી – ૩૯૬૪૪૫ને મોક્લવાની રહેશે.
