(૨) જાહેરાતમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ વિદ્યાસહાયકમાં TET-2 ફરજિયાત પાસ કરેલ હોવા જોઈએ અને તેઓની પરીક્ષાની પરિણામની મુદત શિક્ષણ વિભાગના વર્તમાન ઠરાવો મુજબની જોગવાઈ મુજબ રહેશે.
(૩) અધુરી વિગતવાળી તથા જાહેરાત મુજબની લાયકાત ન ધરાવનાર ઉમેદવારોની અરજીઓ રદ થવા પાત્ર રહેશે. (૪) આશ્રમશાળાઓ રેશિડેન્શિયલ સ્કૂલો હોવાથી બાળકોના નિવાસ સાથે ફરજ પરના તમામ કર્મચારીઓએ ફરજિયાત સ્થળ પર નિવાસ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૫) અનામત જગ્યા પર અરજી કરતાં અરજદારે સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૬) શિક્ષણ વિભાગ ગુ.રા. ગાંધીનગર ના સુધારા ઠરાવ બમશ/૧૧૫૫/૨૨/ગ/તા. ૧૯/૦૨/૨૦૧૯ મુજબ વિધાસહાયક ને રૂ.૧૯૯૫૦/- (અંકે
રૂપિયા ઓગણીસ હજાર નવસો પચાસ પુરા) માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. સંતોષકારક રીતે પાંચ વર્ષ પૂરા કર્યા બાદ પૂરા પગાર
ધોરણમાં સમાવેશ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
(૦૭) સરકારશ્રીના ધારા-ધોરણ વખતો વખતનાં ફેરફારો મુજબ સંતોષકારક સેવાઓ નહીં જણાય તો પાંચ વર્ષ પહેલા પણ વિદ્યાસહાયક
સેવાઓ સમાપ્ત કરી શકાશે.

(૦૮) આશ્રમશાળા ૫૦ ટકા કન્યાઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે. તેથા મહિલા શિક્ષિકાએ ગૃહમાતા તરીકે પણ ફરજ બજાવવાની રહેશે અને કુમારો માટે શિક્ષકોએ ગૃહપતિ તરીકે ફરજીયાત ફરજ નિભાવવાની રહેશે.
(૦૯) માન. કમિશનર આદિજાતિ વિકાસ કચેરી ગુ. રા. ગાંધીનગરના પરિપત્ર નંબર આવિ/આશા/ફા.ને/૨૩૩૦/૨૦૧૯/૨૦૨૦ થી ૨૦૬૦ તારીખ ૩૦-૧૧-૨૦૧૯ અન્વયે શિક્ષકોને વિનામૂલ્યે રહેઠાણની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવશે. (૧૦) કોમ્પ્યૂટરના ઉપયોગ અંગેની પાયાની જાણકારી ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ,
(૧૧) ઉમેદવારોએ રજીસ્ટર એ.ડી.થી આશ્રમશાળા મુજબ અલગ અલગ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. કવર ઉપર કઈ આશ્રમશાળા
છે. તે સ્પષ્ટ લખવાનું રહેશે. સાદી ટપાલથી રૂબરૂ કે મુદ્દત કરતાં મોડી આવેલ અરજી સ્વીકારાશે નહીં.

(૧૨) ઉમેદવારોએ અરજીની એક નકલ આદિજાતિ વિકાસ અધિકારી (આશ્રમશાળા) વલસાડ જિલ્લા આદિજાતિ સેવા સદન, ચોથો માળ,
સિવિલ રોડ, નનકવાડા વલસાડ ૩૯૬૦૦૧ ને મોકલવાની રહેશે. જો કોઈ ઉમેદવાર ફક્ત આ.વિ.અ. (આશ્રમશાળા) ને અરજી મોકલશે
અને મંડળને મોકલશે તો અરજી રદ થવા પાત્ર રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે ફક્ત મંડળને મોકલેલી અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે.
(૧૩) ફક્ત મેરીટમાં નામ આવવાથી કોઈપણ ઉમેદવાર નિમણૂંક માટે હક્ક દાવો માંડી શકશે નહીં. (૧૪) સરકારી અનુદાનિત બોર્ડ/ કોર્પોરેશન સંસ્થાના કર્મચારી હોય તો સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ના વાંધા પ્રમાણપત્ર અરજી સાથે સામેલ કરવાનું રહેશે.
(૧૫) પસંદગી બાબતે જિલ્લા પસંદગી સમિતિ નિર્ણય આખરી રહેશે.
