જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી / જીલ્લા ફાળવણી કરવા બાબત.
લોકરક્ષક ભરતીની આખરી પસંદગી યાદી તા.૨૫.૧૦.૨૦૨૨, તા.૨૮.૧૦.૨૦૨૨, તા.૩૦.૧૦.૨૦૨૨ તથા તા.૦૨.૧૧.૨૦૨૨ના રોજ જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ. જેમાં જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ખરાઇ/ચકાસણી બાકી હતી તેવા પોતાની કેટેગીરીમાં પસંદગી પામતા ઉમેદવારોનું પરિણામ જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ ન હતું.
જાતિના પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી/ખરાઇ થઇ આવેલ ન હોવાના કારણે બાકી રહેલ ઉમેદવારોના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રો સંબંધિત વિભાગ તરફથી જેમ જેમ ચકાસણી/ખરાઇ થઇ આવશે તેમ તેમ તે ઉમેદવારોની યાદી પોલીસ મહાનિદેશક અને મુખ્ય પોલીસ અધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગર તરફ આગળની કાર્યવાહી સારૂ મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે. હાલમાં ચાલી રહેલ ચૂંટણી આચાર સંહિતાને ધ્યાને લઇ, આ અંગેની વિગતો વેબસાઇટ ઉપર જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે નહીં. જેની તમામ ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી.
વધુમાં ઉમેદવારોને જણાવવાનું કે, ૫રિણામ જાહેર કરી ડી.જી.પી.શ્રીની કચેરીને મોકલ્યા બાદ આગળની કાર્યવાહી તે કચેરી ઘ્વારા કરવાની થતી હોઇ તે અંગેની માહિતી બોર્ડ ઘ્વારા આપી શકાશે નહીં.

(૧) પો.સ.ઇ. કેડરની કુલ-૧૩૮૨ જગ્યાઓ સીધી ભરતીથી ભરવા માટે જાહેરાત ક્રમાંકઃ PSIRB/202021/1 થી ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવેલ. (ર) તા.૧૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૨ અને તા.૧૯/૦૬/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવેલ. (૩) તા.૧૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ તમામ હાજર ઉમેદવારોના ગુણ વેબસાઇટ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવેલ અને નિયમોનુસાર રિચેકીંગ માટે અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવેલ. રિચેકીંગ માટે ૧૨૭ પેપરો માટે ૬૮ અરજીઓ મળેલ જે રિચેકીંગ અંગેની જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવેલ જેમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો ફેરફાર થતો નથી. ખાસ નોંધઃ
(૧) કટ ઓફ માર્કસ એટલે જે-તે કેટેગીરીમાં કવોલીફાઇડ થયેલ છેલ્લા ઉમેદવારના માર્કસ. (ર) જે ઉમેદવારોના એન.સી.સી. “સી” સર્ટીફીકેટના મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ, રાષ્ટ્રીય રક્ષા યુનિવર્સિટી / રક્ષા શકિત યુનિર્વસિટી પ્રમાણપત્રના મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ, રમતવીરોને મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ તથા વિધવાને મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ મૂકવામાં આવેલ છે આવા ઉમેદવારોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી સમયે નિયમ મુજબ પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતા ન હોય તો ઉમેરવામાં આવેલ ગુણ રદ થશે અને નિયમોનુસાર કાર્યવાહી થશે જે તમામને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે. (3) ઉમેદવારોની અત્યાર સુધી કોઇ ડોકયુમેન્ટ (પ્રમાણપત્ર)ની ચકાસણી થયેલ નથી આ સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર કોઇપણ તબકકે ગેરલાયક હોવાનું ધ્યાન ઉપર આવશે તો તેઓની ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે. (૪) કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર વિરૂધ્ધ નિયમભંગ અથવા ગેરરીતીનો કોઇ પુરાવો કોઇ પણ તબકકે મળશે તો તેઓની ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે. (૫) મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન દરેક વર્ગખંડમાં CCTV કેમેરાનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવેલ હતો. હાલ તમામ CCTV કેમેરા રેકોડીંગની ચકાસણી ચાલી રહેલ છે. આ ચકાસણીમાં જો કોઇ ગેરરીતી માલુમ પડશે તો સબંધિત ઉમેદવારની ઉમેદવારી રદ કરવામાં આવશે જે તમામને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે. (૬) કવોલીફાઇડ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી તા.૧૨/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ અને તા.૧૩/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ ઉમેદવારે અરજી ફોર્મમાં દર્શાવેલ કાયમી સરનામાંના શહેર/જીલ્લા ખાતે કરવામાં આવનાર છે. (ફકત વધારના ગુણ મેળવેલ અને માજીસૈનિકોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી ગુજરાત પોલીસ અકાદમી, કરાઇ, જી.ગાંધીનગર ખાતે કરવામાં આવનાર છે) (૭) દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની તારીખ હવે પછી વેબસાઇટ ઉપર જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.

ખાસ નોંધઃ
(૧) કટ ઓફ માર્કસ એટલે જે-તે કેટેગીરીમાં કવોલીફાઇડ થયેલ છેલ્લા ઉમેદવારના માર્કસ. (ર) જે ઉમેદવારોના એન.સી.સી. “સી” સર્ટીફીકેટના મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ, રાષ્ટ્રીય રક્ષા યુનિવર્સિટી / રક્ષા શકિત યુનિર્વસિટી પ્રમાણપત્રના મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ, રમતવીરોને મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ તથા વિધવાને મળવાપાત્ર વધારાના ગુણ મૂકવામાં આવેલ છે આવા ઉમેદવારોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી સમયે નિયમ મુજબ પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતા ન હોય તો ઉમેરવામાં આવેલ ગુણ રદ થશે અને નિયમોનુસાર કાર્યવાહી થશે જે તમામને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે. (3) ઉમેદવારોની અત્યાર સુધી કોઇ ડોકયુમેન્ટ (પ્રમાણપત્ર)ની ચકાસણી થયેલ નથી આ સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર કોઇપણ તબકકે ગેરલાયક હોવાનું ધ્યાન ઉપર આવશે તો તેઓની ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે. (૪) કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર વિરૂધ્ધ નિયમભંગ અથવા ગેરરીતીનો કોઇ પુરાવો કોઇ પણ તબકકે મળશે તો તેઓની ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર રહેશે. (૫) મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન દરેક વર્ગખંડમાં CCTV કેમેરાનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવેલ હતો. હાલ તમામ CCTV કેમેરા રેકોડીંગની ચકાસણી ચાલી રહેલ છે. આ ચકાસણીમાં જો કોઇ ગેરરીતી માલુમ પડશે તો સબંધિત ઉમેદવારની ઉમેદવારી રદ કરવામાં આવશે જે તમામને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે. (૬) કવોલીફાઇડ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી તા.૧૨/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ અને તા.૧૩/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ ઉમેદવારે અરજી ફોર્મમાં દર્શાવેલ કાયમી સરનામાંના શહેર/જીલ્લા ખાતે કરવામાં આવનાર છે. (ફકત વધારના ગુણ મેળવેલ અને માજીસૈનિકોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી ગુજરાત પોલીસ અકાદમી, કરાઇ, જી.ગાંધીનગર ખાતે કરવામાં આવનાર છે) (૭) દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની તારીખ હવે પછી વેબસાઇટ ઉપર જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.

(૧) પો.સ.ઇ. કેડરની કુલ-૧૩૮૨ જગ્યાઓ સીધી ભરતીથી ભરવા માટે જાહેરાત ક્રમાંકઃ PSIRB/202021/1 થી ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવેલ. (ર) તા.૧૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૨ અને તા.૧૯/૦૬/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવેલ. (૩) તા.૧૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ તમામ હાજર ઉમેદવારોના ગુણ વેબસાઇટ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવેલ અને નિયમોનુસાર રિચેકીંગ માટે અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવેલ. રિચેકીંગ માટે ૧૨૭ પેપરો માટે ૬૮ અરજીઓ મળેલ જે રિચેકીંગ અંગેની જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવેલ જેમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો ફેરફાર થતો નથી.
