(૧) પંચાયત ગ્રામ ગૃહ નિર્માણ અને ગ્રામ વિકાસ વિભાગના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંકઃ-કેપી/૨૦/૨૦૨૧/પીઆરઆર/૧૦/૨૦૧૪/૧૦/KH તા.૨૨/૦૭/૨૦૨૧ના જાહેરનામાંથી બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ ગુજરાત પંચાયત સર્વીસ (કલાસ-III), રીટુમેન્ટ (એકઝમીનેશન) રૂલ્સ-૨૦૨૧ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ તથા આ સેવર્ગના પંચાયત વિભાગ ધ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા ભરતી નિયમોને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી તેમજ મંડળની આ સંવર્ગની વિગતવાર જાહેરાતમાં જણાવેલ જોગવાઇઓને આધીન રહીને બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે.
(૨) આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટ પંચાયત વિભાગના પત્ર ક્રમાંક:-મકમ/૨૦૨૦૨૨/૨૦૯૨ખ તા ૧૯-૦૧-૨૦૨૩ થી આપવામાં આવેલા રીવાઇઝ માંગણાપત્રક મુજબ માંગણાપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ જિલ્લા પંચાયત વાઇઝ કેટેગરી વાઇઝ, જગ્યાની સંખ્યાને ધ્યાને લઇને બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે, આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટ આ સંવર્ગની મંડળની જાહેરાત અન્વયે યોજવામાં આવેલી સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષા બાદ મંડળ ધ્વારા આખરી કરવામાં આવેલી ફાઇનલ આન્સર કીને આધારે મંડળ ધ્વારા પ્રસિધ્ધ કરાયેલ પ્રોવીઝનલ મેરીટ લીસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ઉમેદવારોના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન કર્યા બાદ બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે.
(3) (*) સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૨૨/૧૦/૨૦૧૮ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક:-CRR/102018/461239/G-2 થી અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારોને જે તે સંવર્ગમાં નિમણુંક આપતા પહેલા તેઓના અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રોની આદિજાતિ વિકાસ વિભાગ હેઠળની વિશ્લેષ્ણ સમિતિસક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા ખરાઇ/ચાસણી કરાયા બાદ જ નિમણુંક આપવાની રહેશે. તેવું ઠરાવેલ હોઇ, સંબંધિત નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા આ લીસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના ઉમેદવારોના અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના પ્રમાણાપત્રોની ખરાઇ ચકાસણીને આધીન મંડળ ધ્વારા આ ફાઇનલ સીલકેટ લીસ્ટ બહાર પાડવામાં આવે છે.
(૫) જેથી નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા આ પ્રકારની ખરાઇ ચકાસણી કરાવ્યા બાદ જ અનુસુચિત જન જાતિના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપવાની રહેશે. સામાજીક ન્યાય અને અધિકારીતા વિભાગ, ગાંધીનગરના તા.૨૫/૦૨/૨૦૨૨ના પરીપત્ર ક્રમાંકઃ-સક્ષપ/૧૨૨૦૨૨/૮૬૩૫/અ થી ઠરાવ્યા મુજબ સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ(SEBC) ના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપતા પુર્વે તેઓના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ખરાઇ ચકાસણી નિયામકશ્રી, વિકસતી જાતિ કલ્યાણની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે કરાવી લેવા માટેની કાર્યપધ્ધતિ નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેથી આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લૌસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ(SEBC)ના તમામ ઉમેદવારોના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ખરાઇ ચકાસણી સંબંધિત નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા નિયામકશ્રી વિકસતી જાતિ કલ્યાણની કચેરી, ગાંધીનગર ખાતે કરાવી લેવાની રહેશે, ત્યારબાદ જ નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા સામાજીક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ(SEBC) વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપવાની રહેશે.
(૬) The Gujarat Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Certificates) Act,2018ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ અનામત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપતા પહેલા જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રની ખરાઇ ચકાસણી કરવાની રહે છે, જે અન્વયે આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ અનુસુચિત જાતિ (SC) કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપતા પહેલા તેઓના જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ખરાચકાસણી સંબંધિત
(7) નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા નિયામકશ્રી, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ કલ્યાણ વિભાગ, બ્લોક નં.૪, ડૉ.જીવરાજ મહેતા ભવન, ગાંધીનગર ખાતેથી કરાવી લેવાની રહેશે, ત્યારબાદ જ નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા અનુસુચિત જાતિ (SC) વર્ગના ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપવાની રહેશે આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ઉમેદવારોના શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, જન્મ તારીખ, જાતિ વિગેરે અંગેના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો અને દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી સંબંધિત નિમણુંક સત્તાધિકારી ધ્વારા કરી લેવાની રહેશે. અને ત્યાર બાદ જ સંબંધિત ઉમેદવારોને નિમણુંક આપવાની રહેશે.
(૮) આ જાહેરાતના હેતુ માટે Person with Benchmark Disability (દિવ્યાંગ) ઉમેદવારો તથા માજી સૈનિક (Ex-Serviceman) ઉમેદવારો માટે લઘુતમ લાયકી ધોરણ (Minimum qualifying Standard) મંડળ ધ્વારા 16,667/100 માર્કસ નિર્ધારીત કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
(૯) આ જાહેરાતના હેતુ માટે દિવ્યાંગ ઉમેદવારો તથા માજી સૈનિક ઉમેદવારો સિવાયના અન્ય કેટેગરી (General/EWS/SEBC/SC/ST)ના તમામ ઉમેદવારો માટે
લઘુતમ લાયકી ધોરણ (Minimum Qualitying Standard) મંડળ ધ્વારા મંડળ ધ્વારા 33.333/100 માર્કસ નિર્ધારીત કરવામાં આવેલ છે. (૧૦) આ જાહેરાતના હેતુ માટેના આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકશન લીસ્ટ એન્ડ રેકમેન્ડેશન લીસ્ટના કેટેગરી વાઇઝ કટ-ઓફ માર્કસ આ લીસ્ટના અંતમાં દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે.
(૧૧) આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટમાં કોઇપણ ઉમેદવારનો સમાવેશ થવા માત્રથી નિમણુંક માટેનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક કે અધિકાર ઉમેદવારની તરફેણમાં થયેલ હોવાનું ગણાશે નહી કે ઉમેદવાર આ અંગે નિમણુંક માટેનો દાવો કરી શકશે નહીં.
(૧૨) આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટમાં સમાવિષ્ટ ઉમેદવારોને ગુજરાત પંચાયત સર્વીસ (કલાસ-III), રીક્રટુમેન્ટ (એકઝમીનેશન) રૂલ્સ-૨૦૨૧ નિયમ-૧૪ની જોગવાઇ અન્વયે મંડળ સમક્ષ રૂબરુ બોલાવીને ઉમેદવારોને ઉમેદવારની સીલેકશન કેટેગરી પ્રમાણે રૂબરૂમાં(ઓન સ્ક્રીન) જિલ્લા ફાળવણી હંમેદવારોનો ક્રમ આવે ત્યારે જે તે સીલેકશન કેટેગરીની ખાલી જગ્યા ઉપર મેરીટક્રમ આધારે કરવામાં આવશે. આ અંગેની જિલ્લા ફાળવણી તા. ૧૬ થી ૧૮ માર્ચ, ૨૦૨૩ દરમ્યાન કરવામાં આવશે, જેની જાહેરાત મંડળની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે, તેમજ ઉમેદવારોને તેના રજીસ્ટર્ડ ઇ મેઇલ ઉપર જાણ કરવામાં આવશે, જેથી દરેક ઉમેદવારે મંડળની વેબસાઇટ https://gpssb.gujarat.gov.in તેમજ પોતાના ઇ મેઇલ દરરોજ જોતા રહેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. જે ઉમેદવાર જિલ્લા ફાળવણી કાર્યક્રમમાં તેને ફાળવેલ તારીખ-સમયે ગેરહાજર (Absent) રહેશે, તે ઉમેદવારની ઉમેદવારી કાયમીપણે પરત ખેંચી લીધેલ હોવાનું ગણાશે. અને આ બાબતનો કોઇ વાંધો કે વિવાદ મંડળ ધ્વારા ત્યારબાદ ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં, તેની દરેક ઉમેદવારે નોંધ લેવી,
(૧૩) નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટમાં દાખલ થયેલ SCA No.10489/2022 માં નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટના તા.૨૪-૦૬-૨૦૨૨ ના ઓરલ ઓર્ડર મુજબ કુલ ૦૫ પીટીશનરશ્રીઓને મંડળ ધ્વારા તા. ૨૬-૦૬-૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ યોજાયેલ સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષામાં પ્રોવીઝનલ એડમીશન આપવામાં આવેલ છે. નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટના ઉપરોકત હુકમ મુજબ સદર ૦૫ પીટીશનરશ્રીઓનું પરિણામ સીલબંધ કવરમાં રાખવાનું હોઇ, આ ૦૫ પીટીશનરશ્રીઓનું પરિણામ અલગથી સીલબંધ કવરમાં રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. જે મુજબ આ ફાઇનલ સીલેકટ લીસ્ટ નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટમાં પડતર SCA NO 10489/2022 ના આખરી ચુકાદાને આધીન રહેશે, તેવી શરત સાથે પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવે છે. સીલેકટ
