ઓબ્જેક્શન-સજેશન સબમીશન સીસ્ટમના ઉપયોગ અંગે સૂચના

ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ ધ્વારા જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક ૧૨/૨૦૨૧-૨૨ જુનીયર કલાર્ક(વહીવટ/હિસાબ) સંવર્ગની સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષા તા ૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ યોજાયેલ હતી. સદર સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાના પ્રશ્નપત્રની “પ્રોવીઝનલ આન્સર કી ” મંડળની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર તા ૧૧-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

ઉપરોકત પ્રોવીઝનલ આન્સર કી સામે જે ઉમેદવારને વાંધા-સૂચન રજુ કરવા હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો પ્રોવીઝનલ આન્સર કી સામેના પોતાના વાંધા-સૂચન(ઓબ્જેકશન-સજેશન) તા:૧૫/૪/૨૦૨૩ સાંજે ૧૭-૦૦ કલાકથી તા: ૧૮/૪/૨૦૨૩ સમય- ૧૭-૦૦ કલાક સુધી ઓનલાઇન સબમીટ (રજુ) કરી શકશેઆ ઓબ્જેકશન- સજેશન નીચે દર્શાવ્યા મુજબની LINK મારફતે ઓનલાઇન કરવાના રહેશે. નિયત સમયગાળો પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ ઓબ્જેકશન- સજેશન સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિ. આ સિવાયના કોઇ પણ માધ્યમથી વાંધા-સૂચનો સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી.

ઉમેદવારો માટેની સુચનાઃ-

(૧) જે ઉમેદવાર જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક ૧૨/૨૦૨૧-૨૨ જુનીયર કલાર્ક(વહીવટ/હિસાબ)ની તા ૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ યોજાયેલ પરીક્ષામાં હાજર રહેલ હશે તે ઉમેદવાર જ પોતાના વાંધા સુચનો ફક્ત ઉપરની લીંકમાં દર્શાવેલ રીતે ઓનલાઈન ઓબ્જેક્શન સબમીશન સીસ્ટમ દ્વારા જ સબમીટ કરી શકશે. આ સિવાયના કોઇ પણ માધ્યમથી વાંધા- સૂચનો સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી.

(૨) ઓબ્જેક્શન ટ્રેકર સીસ્ટમમાં લોગ-ઈન કરવા માટે ઉમેદવારે જે સંવર્ગ માટે પરીક્ષા આપી હોય તે સીલેકટ કરી, પોતાનો બેઠક નંબર (Roll No.),કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ એન્ટર કરી લોગ-ઈન કરવાનું રહેશે. (૩) લોગ-ઈન થયા બાદ ઉમેદવાર પ્રશ્નપત્ર (પ્રોવિઝનલ આન્સર કી સહીત) ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે. (૪) ઉમેદવાર જે પ્રશ્ન અથવા વિકલ્પ અંગે વાંધા-સૂચન રજુ કરવા માંગતા હોય તે પ્રશ્ન નંબર સીલેક્ટ કરવાનો રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ સીલેક્ટ કરેલ પ્રશ્ન તથા પ્રોવિઝનલ આન્સર-કી મુજબનો જવાબ ડીસપ્લે થશે. (૫) ઉમેદવાર તેના મંતવ્ય મુજબ જે જવાબ સૂચવવા માંગતા હોય તે મુજબનો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે ઉમેદવારે સૂચવેલ વિકલ્પ અંગેની રજૂઆત ગુજરાતી/હિન્દી/અંગ્રેજી ભાષામાં મહત્તમ ૧૦૦૦ અક્ષરોમાં લખવાની રહેશે.

(૬) ઉમેદવારે વાંધા-સૂચનની રજૂઆત અંગેના પ્રમાણભૂત આધાર-પુરાવા સ્કેન કરી એક જ PDF ફાઈલ બનાવી ઓનલાઈન ઓબ્જેકશન સબમીશન સીસ્ટમ પર અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.

(૭) આધાર-પૂરાવાની ફાઈલ ફક્ત .PDF ફોર્મેટમાં જ અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. ફાઈલ 1kb થી 1.5mb sizeની જ અપલોડ કરી શકાશે.ઉમેદવાર મહત્તમ ૩ (ત્રણ) પૃષ્ઠ અપલોડ કરી શકશે તથા કુલ ૩ પૃષ્ઠ સ્કેન કરી એક જ PDF ફાઈલ બનાવી અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.

(૮) ઉમેદવારે તમામ વિગતો ચકાસી ત્યારબાદ અરજી ઓનલાઈન સબમીટ કરવાની રહેશે. તથા આધાર-પૂરાવા અપલોડ કર્યા વગરની અરજી સબમીટ થઈ શકશે નહી.

(૯) ઓનલાઈન ઓબ્જેક્શન સબમીશન સીસ્ટમ પર વાંધા-સુચન submit કર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવાર તેની પ્રિન્ટ લઈ શકશે.

(૧૦) નિયત સમયમર્યાદા પુર્ણ થયા બાદ કોઇ પણ વાંધા-સૂચન સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિ.

GPSSB Talati Exam Sammati Patra 2023: ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ દ્વારા તલાટી ની પરીક્ષા જે 30 એપ્રિલના રોજ નક્કી કરવામાં આવી હતી, તેમાં હવે ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. પરીક્ષા 7 મેના રોજ ફરીથી નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે. આ પરીક્ષા આપવામાં માટે હવે ઉમેદવારો એ સંમતિ પત્ર ભરવું અનિવાર્ય છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે ગત ૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ મંડળ દ્વારા જુનીયર ક્લાર્ક ની પરીક્ષા યોજેલ હતી જેમાં માત્ર ૪૧% ઉમેદવારો એ પરીક્ષા આપી હતી. આથી  મંત્રી ઋષિકેશ પટેલે આ સંદર્ભમાં એક જાહેરનામું બહાર પાડીને પરીક્ષાની તારીખમાં ફેરફાર અંગે માહિતી આપી હતી. આ બાબતે અનોખું પાસું એ છે કે યોગ્ય પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રોની અછતને કારણે તલાટીની તારીખ ફરીથી શેડ્યૂલ કરવી પડી હતી. આ અગાઉ તલાટીની પરીક્ષા તારીખ 30 એપ્રિલ નક્કી કરેલ હતી જે આજ રોજ આયોજિત તલાટી કસોટી ફરીથી શેડ્યૂલ કરવામાં આવી છે. પરીક્ષા 7 મેના રોજ ફરીથી નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે.

ગુજરાત પંચાયત વિભાગ દ્વારા ગત ૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ જુનીયર ક્લાર્ક ની પરીક્ષા નું આયોજન કરેલ હતું જેમાં કુલ ૩,૯૧,૭૩૬ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ આ પરીક્ષા આપેલ હતી જેમાં મોટા પાયે વિધાર્થીઓ ગેર હાજર રહેલ હતા, આથી આ આવનાર તલાટી ની પરીક્ષા માટે પંચાયત વિભાગ દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ છે કે દરેક ઉમેદવારે પરીક્ષા આપવા માટે કન્ફર્મેશન આપવું પડશે. જે વિધાર્થીઓ કન્ફર્મેશન નહિ આપે તેમને પરીક્ષા આપવા દેવામાં આવશે નહિ. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે ગત પરીક્ષા માં માત્ર ૪૧% ઉમેવારો એ  જુનીયર ક્લાર્ક ની પરીક્ષા આપેલ હતી.

પંચાયત મંડળ દ્વારા  તલાટી મંત્રી અને જુનિયર કલાર્ક ની ૩૪૩૭ વિવિધ જગ્યાઓ માટે ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૨૨ માં હાલની ભરતી ના ફોર્મ ભરાયેલ છે. પણ આ ભરતીની પરીક્ષા હજુ સુધી લેવામાં આવી નથી. ગુજરાતમાં 30 એપ્રિલના રોજ યોજાનારી તલાટીની પરીક્ષા પાછી ઠેલાઈ છે. જેમાં પરીક્ષા હવે 7 મેના રોજ યોજાશે

જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક-૧૨/૨૦૨૧૨૨ જુનિયર કલાર્ક(વહીવટ/હિસાબ) સંવર્ગની સ્પર્ધાત્મક લેખિત પરીક્ષા તા.૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ના રોજ બપોરે ૧૨-૩૦ થી ૧૩-૩૦ કલાક દરમ્યાન યોજાયેલ છે. ઉપરોકત પરીક્ષામાં હાજર રહેલા ઉમેદવારોની ઉત્તરવહી (OMR શીટ) મંડળની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર અપલોડ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ પરત્વે અમુક ઉમેદવારો ધ્વારા તેમની ઓ.અમે.આર.શીટ ડાઉનલોડ ન થતી હોવા બાબતે ટેલીફોનીક અને લેખિત રજુઆતો મળેલ છે. જે પરત્વે નીચે મુજબની કાર્યવાહી કરવા ઉમેદવારોને સુચના આપવામાં આવે છેઃ-
(૧) અમુક ઉમેદવારો પોતાના બેઠક નંબર અને કન્ફરમેશન નંબર લખવામાં ભૂલ કરતા હોવાનું જણાયેલ છે. જેથી ઉમેદવારે કન્ફરમેશન નંબરના કોલમમાં આઠ (૦૮) આંકડાનો પોતાનો કન્ફરમેશન નંબર લખવો અને રોલ નંબરના ખાનામાં પોતાનો આઠ(૦૮) આંકડાનો રોલ નંબર યોગ્ય રીતે લખવા વિનંતી છે.
(ર) આમ કરવા છતાં પણ જો કોઇ ઉમેદવારની ઓ.એમ.આર.શીટ ડાઉનલોડ ન થાય તો આવા ઉમેદવારોએ તેમના કોલ લેટરની સ્કેન કોપી / ફોટો કોપી ઇ-મેઇલ- [email protected] ઉપર પોતાની રજુઆત સાથે મોકલી આપવા ઉમેદવારોને જણાવવામાં આવે છે. જેથી તે બાબત ચકાસીને મંડળ ધ્વારા યોગ્ય રીતે કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
