લોકરક્ષક ભરતી દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણીમાં અપીલ બોર્ડની રચના અંગે

ગુજરાત પોલીસ અકાદમી (કરાઇ), પોલીસ અધિક્ષકની કચેરી (ગાંધીનગર, સાબરકાંઠા, અમદાવાદ ગ્રામ્ય, ભરૂચ) આ દરેક કેન્દ્રો ૫ર નીચે મુજબનો અપીલ બોર્ડ રહેશે.
(૧) દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી કેન્દ્ર ઇન્ચાર્જ (પોલીસ અધિક્ષક)
(ર) દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી સંકલન ટીમ ઇન્ચાર્જ (કચેરી અધિક્ષક અથવા મુખ્ય કારકૂન)
(૩) ચકાસણી ટીમ પૈકી કોઇ એક સિનિયર કલાર્ક

લોકરક્ષક ભરતીની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી તા.ર૯.૦૮.ર૦રર ના રોજ શરૂ થાય છે. આ દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી દરમ્યાન ઉમેદવાર નીચે દર્શાવેલ કારણસર જે તે કેન્દ્ર ૫રના અપીલ બોર્ડને અપીલ કરી શકશે.
(૧) શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, વયમર્યાદા કે અન્ય કારણસર ઉમેદવાર ગેકલાયક ઠરતા હોય તો
(ર) અનામત કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવાર તેના સમર્થનમાં પુરાવા રજૂ ન કરી શકવાને કારણે તેમને જનરલ ગણવાના થાય તો

ઉમેદવાર પોતાની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણીના ઉ૫રના કારણો ઉ૫સ્થિત થાય તો જે તે દિવસે જ દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી કેન્દ્ર છોડતા પૂર્વે અપીલ કરવાની રહેશે. જે તે દિવસે અપીલ ન કરનાર ઉમેદવારને ત્યારબાદ અપીલની તક મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે નહીં.

SEBC ઉમેદવારોના પ્રમાણ૫ત્રના વેરીફીકેશન બાબતે તેઓ ઘ્વારા પૂછવામાં આવતા પ્રશ્નો અંગે બોર્ડની સમજ મુજબની પ્રશ્નોત્તરી તૈયાર કરી બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ૫ર તા.૧૨.૦૮.૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ મુકવામાં આવેલ અને આ પ્રશ્નોત્તરી સમાજ કલ્યાણ વિભાગ ઘ્વારા ખરાઇ કરી મંજૂર કરવા માટે મોકલી આ૫વામાં આવેલ. તેના અનુસંઘાને સમાજ કલ્યાણ વિભાગ ઘ્વારા બોર્ડને મળેલ ૫ત્ર તમામ ઉમેદવારોની જાણ સારું નીચેની લીંકમાં મુકવામાં આવેલ છે.

SC ઉમેદવારોના પ્રમાણ૫ત્રની ચકાસણી બાબત :

THE GUJARAT SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES (REGULATION OF ISSUANCE AND VERIFICATION OF CASTE CERTIFICATES) ACT,2018 મુજબ SC, ST અને SEBC કેટેગીરીના ઉમેદવારોના જાતિ અંગેના પ્રમાણ૫ત્રનું વેરીફીકેશન જે તે વિભાગ ધ્વારા કરવાનું થાય છે. તે પૈકી અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઉમેદવારોએ ભરવાનું એનેક્ષર તા. ૦૬/૦૮/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ૫ર મુકવામાં આવેલ. તે અંગે સંયુકત નિયામકશ્રી, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ કલ્યાણ, ગુજરાત રાજય, ગાંઘીનગર ધ્વારા ભરતી બોર્ડને એક ૫ત્ર મળેલ છે, જે ઉમેદવારોની જાણ સારું નીચે રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.

હાલમાં ચાલી રહેલ લોકરક્ષક ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા અન્વયે દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી તા.૨૯.૦૮.૨૦૨૨ થી શરૂ થનાર છે. જે માટેના કોલલેટર https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે. ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીના ઠરાવ THE GUJARAT SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES (REGULATION OF ISSUANCE AND VERIFICATION OF CASTE CERTIFICATES) ACT, 2018 મુજબ SC/ST/SEBC ઉમેદવારોના જાતિના પ્રમાણપત્રની ચકાસણી જે તે વિભાગ દ્વારા કરવાની થતી હોવાથી SC/ST/SEBC ઉમેદવારોએ નીચેની લીંક મુજબ પોતાને લાગુ પડતુ એનેક્ષર ડાઉનલોડ કરી, તેમાં વિગતો ભરી, દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી સમયે રજુ કરવાનું રહેશે.

પોલીસ સબ ઇન્સ્પેકટર અને લોકરક્ષક બન્નેમાં દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે પસંદગી પામેલ હોય તેવા ૧૬૯૦ ઉમેદવારોને દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે હવે પછી બોલાવવામાં આવશે.

લોકરક્ષક ભરતીના ઉમેદવાર (૧) લેખિત કસોટીનો બેઠક નંબર-૨૦૦૧૮૪૧૯ તથા (ર) લેખિત કસોટીનો બેઠક નંબર-૨૦૦૧૮૪૧૨નાઓના દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી અંગેનો નિર્ણય હવે પછી કરવામાં આવશે.

લોકરક્ષક ભરતીના દસતાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે ૫સંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણીની કામગીરી તા.રર.૦૮.ર૦રર ૫છી શરૂ કરવામાં આવનાર છે. ઉમેદવારો તે પૂર્વે દસ્તાવેજોની તૈયારી કરી શકે તે માટે ઉમેદવારોનો સંભવિત કોલ લેટરનો નમૂનો તથા વિવિઘ જાતિના પ્રમાણ૫ત્રોની ચકાસણી માટે રજૂ કરવાના થતાં દસ્તાવેજોની યાદી બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ૫ર તા.૦૬.૦૮.ર૦રર ના રોજ મુકવામાં આવેલ હતી.
આ અંગે સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે ૫છાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો ઘ્વારા તેમને મૂંઝવતાં પ્રશ્નો માટે બોર્ડની હેલ્પલાઇન ૫ર વારંવાર પૃચ્છા કરવામાં આવતાં પ્રશ્નો (FAQ) ની યાદી તૈયાર કરી સમાજ કલ્યાણ વિભાગને મંજૂરી માટે મોકલી આ૫વામાં આવેલ છે. તેઓ ઘ્વારા આ યાદી મંજૂર કરવામાં આવ્યેથી આખર યાદી તેઓના જણાવ્યા મુજબ જરૂરી ફેરફાર સાથે બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ૫ર મુકવામાં આવશે.

નોંઘ : આ પ્રશ્નો બોર્ડની સમજ મુજબ બોર્ડ ઘ્વારા તૈયાર કરવામાં આવેલ છે, જે આખરી નથી. સમાજ કલ્યાણ વિભાગ ઘ્વારા ફેરફાર કર્યા ૫છી મંજૂર કર્યા બાદ જ આખરી યાદી ગણવાની રહેશે.
