CBSE, is releasing the date sheet for both the classes X & XII of Board’s Examinations, 2023. While preparing the date sheet, the Board has taken care of the following issues:

1. Sufficient Gap has been given in between two subjects generally offered by a student in both the classes.
2. Competitive examinations, including JEE Main have been taken care of while preparing the date sheet for Class XII.
3. These date sheets have been prepared by avoiding nearly 40,000 subjects’ combinations to ensure that no two subjects’ examinations of a students fall on the same date.
4. The time of the start of the examination will be at 10:30 AM (IST).
5. Date-sheet is issued much in advance so that students can prepare well for their examinations.

Exam Name:

  • Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET December 2022

Educational Qualification: 

CTET Primary Level (Class I to V) Eligibility Details

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 Norms OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
  • Graduation with 50% Marks and 1 Year B.Ed Examination OR
  • Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education

CTET Junior Level (Class VI to VIII) Eligibility Details

  • Bachelor Degree and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
  • Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE Norms OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. / (B.Ed Special Education)

CTET December 2022 Notification

Details:
Exam Name: Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2022


 Educational Qualification: 

  • Primary Stage(Class I to V): Candidates who are Senior Secondary or it’s equivalent with at least 50% or 45% marks/Passed or appearing Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 Norms/B.El.Ed(04 Years Course)/Diploma in Education(Special Course ,for 02 Years)/ B.Ed(1 Year)/Diploma in Elementary Education(1 Year) will be eligible for CTET Examination.
  • Secondary Stage(Class VI to VIII): Candidates having Bachelor Degree (with at least 45% or 50% marks) /passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/Diploma in Education/B.El.Ed /B.SC.Ed /B.A Ed. /B.Ed. will be eligible for this CTET Examination.

Age Limit: Minimum- 18 Years
Examination Pattern: 
Paper-I (02.5 Hours Duration): Total 150 Marks MCQ Paper divided into 05 Sections of 30 marks & questions (per section Comprising of Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I & II, Mathematics & Environmental Studies topics.
Paper-II (02.5 Hours Duration): Total 150 Marks MCQ Paper divided into 05 Sections of 30 marks & questions (per section Comprising of Child Development & Pedagogy, Language I & II, Mathematics &Social Studies & Social Science Studies topics.
Application Fees: 
Fees For Single Paper
General/OBC – Rs. 1000/-
SC / ST / PH – Rs. 500/-
Fees For Both Paper
General/OBC – Rs.1200/-
SC / ST / PH – Rs. 600/-
Candidates can pay the exam fee online by using a credit card or debit card or net banking or can pay through E Challan also
