NEET Counselling 2023

Dates for guiding NEET 2023 have been reported by the MCC. According to the schedule, registration for the first round of counseling begins on October 11. To participate in counseling, candidates must register on the MCC’s official website until October 17, 2023. Following the registration process are the selection and locking of choices, payment of the fee, seat processing, and announcement and reporting of results.

The NEET 2023 choices for round 1 can be submitted between October 14 and October 18. The allocation of seats’ outcomes will be made public on October 21. Additionally, the counseling process consists of four rounds: round one, round two, the mop-up round, and the stray vacancy round. For online registration for NEET counseling, follow these steps.

  • First of all visit the official website MCC ( Medical Counselling Committee) mcc.nic.in
  • Now on the home page press on the Undergraduate Medical Counselling
  • Now the registration link for NEET Undergraduate Counselling 2023 will be appear on your screen.
  • Register the required information and register yourself on the website
  • After that sign in to the website and complete the registration form for counseling.
  • After that upload the necessary documents pay the fees for the NEET counseling registration, and then submit it.
  • Now complete the counseling choice locking process.
  • Check your eligibility for college following the NEET seat allocation result.

NEET 2023 Seat Allotment Process

  • The choices you fill out on the registration form and your AIR from the NEET exam in 2023 will be used to create the seat allocation list.
  • The list of seats available can be found on the MCC’s official website. If they accepted the seat, they must fill out the roll number, date of birth, and security pin on the website to download the NEET allotment letter.
  • For seat confirmation and document verification, a student who has been assigned counseling must report to the institute.
  • After that, candidates must undergo a medical examination to determine whether they are medically fit.
  • Their seat will be forfeited if they do not attend the institute by the closing date of the process.

Required Documents for NEET 2023

Aspirants who are eligible for the counselling rounds need to report to the institute with documents. Here are the lists of documents you have to carry.

  • NEET exam 2023 admit card
  • The rank letter or Result of NEET 2023
  • Mark sheet or certificate of class 10
  • Mark sheet or certificate of class 12
  • A valid ID proof issued by the Government
  • Seven to eight passport size photograph
  • If required disability certificate 
  • Allotment letter

Applicants must have to carry both original and Xerox copy of the documents that are required in the above list.

NEET Allotment Result 2023

The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the national-level NEET exam for admission to MBBS and BDS programs. In September of that year, the results of the NEET exam for the year 2023 were made public. In comparison to the previous year, this year’s scale of marks is lower.

For the General category, qualifying marks were 175-117, compared to 720-138 in 2021. Additionally, the qualifying marks for the SC, ST, and OBC categories are 116-93, whereas they were 137-108 the year before.
